+ Do you only work with Service Based Businesses?

+ What’s the investment?

When it comes to building a brand, there is no one-size-fits-all process. Every brand and every project are different, that’s why we customize our packages to your specific needs. If you’re interested in pricing, submit an inquiry to schedule a call.

+ Do you offer payment plans

Abso-frickin’-lutely. Your payment plan will be determined on a project-to-project basis. However, each project requires a down payment and must be paid in full before all final files can be delivered.

+ What are your project timelines?

While timelines may vary depending on schedules and avails, most projects follow our standard timelines:

+ What website hosting platform do you build sites on?

We build the majority of our client sites on Squarespace. But, if that’s not your jam, we also build sites on Shopify, Showit, or Wordpress.

+ What if I only want a logo?

Simply put, MHCS isn’t for you, pal. We firmly believe that branding is a start-to-finish experience that tells a full story. A logo is just one small part of that story, and we would be doing you and your business a disservice if we took your money to give you a quick-but-incomplete solve.

+ When is the right time to book?

In short–the sooner, the better. We typically book out 2-4 weeks in advance so, in order to secure the dates you want for your project, we recommend inquiring ASAP.

+ Are there any options for site maintenance after launching?

Because we primarily work in Squarespace, the majority of our clients have little to no issue maneuvering the platform and handling the maintenance for their sites. This is intentional. We want you to feel empowered to make small changes without having to call in a coder each time. However, if you’re interested in post-launch site maintenance from MHCS, we currently offer options in the form of a day rate, which we’re happy to discuss in your project closing call

+ Do you offer brand photography?

When we say “start-to-finish,” we mean it. And that includes photography. We’re happy to stand behind the camera, with our photography services, or play the art director role by collaborating with the photographer of your choice.

+ Do you offer copywriting?

While we do not offer copywriting as part of our packages, we’re fortunate to have great working relationships with some of the best brand voice and copywriting teams in the game. And because we promise a start-to-finish experience, we’re happy to oversee these relationships to make sure everything is aligned with the vision for your brand
